Vice President Kamala Harris has not yet lived in the house.

The man was seen on Massachusetts Avenue and arrested by intelligence agents stationed near the residence after a Texas intelligence report was released, the Metropolitan Police Department said Wednesday.

Harris and her husband have to move due to home renovations in northwest Washington, near the United States Naval Observatory. She lives in the Blair House, a White House boarding house.

City police said 31 year old Paul Murray of San Antonio was charged with carrying a high-capacity ammunition transporter, dangerous weapons, rifles and unregistered ammunition.

No one was hurt. The secret services questioned the city police.
