Police say a well-known Baltimore cyclist who appeared in an HBO drama about the city driving scene is on trial for murder for the stabbed death of his partner.
A well-known Baltimore cyclist ”Lakeyria Doughty” who appeared in an HBO drama about the city driving scene will be charged with New Year’s Eve murder for stabbing his partner, police said.
Lakeyria Doughty, known as the “Rush Queen”, was charged with first and second degree murder for Friday murdering her 33-year-old partner Tiffany Wilson in western Baltimore, police said.

“It was a ruthless domestic situation,” said Detective Donny Moses, a spokesman for the Baltimore Police Department. He said Doughty and Wilson were a couple and they were arguing.
Called to 911
Doughty called 911 after the stabbing, but Wilson died at the scene almost four hours after New Year’s Eve, the Baltimore Sun reported. It was the first murder in town in 2021.
Doughty, 26, has also faced several charges, including crime, according to online court documents.
The brave, self-proclaimed “Wheelie Queen” for her stunts and skills, paved the way for the male-dominated motocross scene in Baltimore. She landed a role in HBO’s “Charm City Kings,” which premiered this fall.
Online court documents did not indicate whether Doughty had a lawyer to comment on the allegations.
