A MAN has been charged with the brutal murder of a nine-year-old girl who was stabbed while playing with her little sister.
Lillia Frasiyte was with her five-year-old sister outside a bar where her mother worked when she was attacked with a knife.
Deividas Skebas, 22, was today charged with her brutal murder.
Yesterday in Boston, Lincs, armed police arrested a man two blocks from where Lillia was killed with a single stab wound.
But the man they were about to arrest escaped when they arrived, sparking a chase through the gardens. The suspect was found with a police drone.

Harry Potter fan Lillia was playing hula hoop with her five-year-old sister outside a bar when she was stabbed. His chief recruiter’s mother, Lina Savicke, 35, was working on a laptop inside.
Yesterday’s arrest came hours after he called for help as hundreds of police scoured the area around the crime scene.
Police are believed to have acted on a tip when they arrived on Tunnard Street in Boston around 2.40pm yesterday.
The skinny, unshaven suspect walked through a garden and out of an adjacent Thorold Street property, where he was caught 200 yards from the crime scene on Thursday.
Dressed in a black T-shirt, black Adidas track pants and trainers, he was handcuffed and placed in a police car at 2:46 p.m.
Police said they weren’t looking for anyone.
Another eyewitness told The Sun on Sunday: ‘Locals say the man arrested is from Eastern Europe and the murder may have had something to do with some sort of feud.’
Boston has one of the highest percentages of migrants in Eastern Europe – around 11% – and is also plagued by gang crime.
Police are believed to be pursuing a theory that the murder may have been revenge for unpaid wages – and Lillia’s mother may have already been threatened.
Tributes including Harry Potter items were left at the scene.
Nine-year-old classmate Tia Mills wrote, “You were best friends. Hope you’re in a better place with the angels now. You’re probably watching Harry Potter.”
Two other men arrested during a previous raid were released after being interrogated without follow-up.
